Badge Époque Ensemble launched two terrific albums in 2022: Clouds of Pleasure, a gorgeously rendered ’70s-style jazzy, proggy, groovy mixture of funk, R&B, straightforward listening; and Clouds of Pleasure – Likelihood of Reign, the place beatmaking crew Lammping used Clouds of Pleasure‘s tracks to make a beautiful ’90s-style hip hop document with verses from Boldy James, O.C., Roshin and Theo3.
